Visited this place for dinner with family and service was so poor like whatever you have ordered is ordered… nobody will come to ask if you need anything else. Had to get up and go to the reception to order 2 more rotis in the middle of our meal. Then waited for 20 minutes again for someone to get me box and take payment. Food no doubt is good but service can definitely be improved.
Visited Indian Kitchen in Red Deer and had a mixed experience. The ambiance was nice and the service was fine, but the food had its ups and downs.
The soup tasted more like a thick gravy rather than a proper soup, which was unexpected. The non-veg gravy dishes, however, were quite flavourful and definitely the highlight in terms of taste. Dal Makhni was average — not bad, but not memorable either. The chilli paneer, unfortunately, didn’t hit the mark and lacked the punch and balance I was hoping for.
That said, the assorted bread basket was the star of the meal — fresh, warm, and perfectly made. It paired well with the gravies and really stood out in the overall dining experience. Nut the wait time was more than an hour which was way more than expected.
A decent spot if you're craving Indian food in Red Deer, especially for their breads and non-veg curries.

Tooooooooooo slow service. Was sitting for an hour and didn’t get food. Not recommended. Wait time will be more than an hour especially if planning on a holiday or weekend. Suggestions to have little more staff or just tell the customer what will be the wait time before having customers seated.
(reply to owner’s reply)- Thanks for acknowledging but i wish your servers wouldn’t have said you a lie. Hopefully a restaurant management knowss tha STARTER comes before Main Course!! Doesnt it?? That is why i asked to bring it AFTER STARTER, didnt ask to bring it LATE (Please dont manipulate and keep yourself right), reviews are just for you guys to know how can you get better or what things need to be changed didn’t know you will be offended. Hopefully my review helps some people to save their time and Apetite and you guys for better serving. Thanks hopefully things get better :)

I just ate the best Lamb biryani I've tasted here in Red Deer,the meat is very tender but still intact,the serving is good for two people,perfectly seasoned and spiced and that orange sauce is savory and sweet!highly recommended if you are looking for a authentic indian cuisine experience.

It was an average experience. The food was okay overall, but I did find a few hair strands on the naan, which was disappointing. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that — but it's something that definitely affected the dining experience.
Other than that, the rest of the meal was decent, and the service was polite. Hoping for better attention to cleanliness if I decide to visit again

Their Indian food in Red Deer is the best, and the staff is super nice. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because there were a ton of fruit flies buzzing around yesterday, and even moving tables didn't help.
