Today I visited Indian Flame and Pizza in Red Deer and was pleasantly surprised by the incredible blend of authentic Indian and Indo-Chinese flavors. One dish that stood out was the Dahi Bhalla—perfectly soft and spongy, soaking up the creamy yogurt and tangy chutneys just right. It melted in the mouth and brought a comforting, homemade feel.
The Hakka noodles were full of bold, smoky flavors, tossed with fresh vegetables and just the right hint of spice. They paired beautifully with the Veg Manchurian, which had a crispy exterior and juicy, flavorful interior, soaked in a rich, garlicky sauce that balanced sweet and savory notes perfectly.
This place is a hidden gem in Red Deer for anyone craving well-executed Indian and fusion dishes. Definitely worth a visit!

We had lunch at the Indian Flame restaurant in Inglewood and really enjoyed the food! The chicken masala was delicious and we ordered it with medium spice. Some vegetarian samosas, basmati rice and plain naan bread complimented our meal. Thé service was excellent and we plan to return for future meals!

This has been my go to spot for the last couple years. Komal has always taken care of me! Great spot! They renovated and now have a lunch buffet!!! Lots more space. Pretty cheap pizza in my opinion. Well, any pizza under 20$ nowadays is a good deal. And you’ll find that here. Cheese lovers pizza is great. But there’s lots to try!
