After another long day of hiking, we decided to stop at Mucho for a Ghost Pepper Mucho Burrito and it didn't disappoint. The staff was friendly and gave us fresh ingredients to choose from which was awesome. The Ghost Pepper didn't come with a red, ghost pepper wrap but it was still great. A classic Jarrito to go with it topped it off. Had a great experience here and would recommend to anyone passing by or in the area. Thanks for a good one, see y'all again!

On March 3rd /2026 at approximately 11:59 am i arrive at Much Burrito to pick up a Skip order. I had a double order and had picked up Edo for the first customer.
I check in with JASHAN and she said my skip order would be ready in a couple of minutes. JASHAN and her co worker KUSHI then served 14 customers before me.
Finally when thier lunch rush was over the Skip order was finally being made.
At approximately 12:36 pm I was handed the Skip order. I asked KUSHI for the managers # , KUSHI said something to JASHAN in a language I didnt understand. Both laughed and KUSHI walked away.
JASHAN informed me that she couldn't give me her managers number .
And that was it. Luckily Skip is my second job. Anytime from now on when an order pops up from the Taylor location im declining it. I dont have time nor do my customers have time to wait for a lunch rush to be over before being served .

Been my fave rice bowl in town, can even compare it to Chipotle if you'll allow. Food are always amazing, hot & fresh. Staff and very friendly and would always greet you with a smile. Best thing is it's a bang for your buck!

First time dining. Jashn made us feel welcomed. She had a smile on her face while taking our orders and making our food. Was polite. Food was delicious.

Subpar service. I expect efficiency at a fast food establishment, but the service was slow. I would rate the service I received from the staff member 0, as it was disappointing. Despite the store being empty of customers, I experienced a 30-minute wait. Furthermore, I encountered a disagreement with the staff member, and when a female colleague intervened, it became apparent that there was confusion. I was left feeling dissatisfied.
