I have been coming here frequently for as long as this shop has existed in bower mall and i have never had any issues. They have been my go to for reasonably priced decent quality sushi.
Within the last few months their quality has gone down so consistently and steadily that i will nolonger physically be able to eat here.
Every visit was followed by extreme heartburn. The second last time i ate here, myself and my Gf both had such bad food poisoning that we were taking turns having explosive diarrhea for the remainder of our evening.
Today we decided to give them one last shot and the salmon was rancid, chewy, and falling apart. We were only able to get down a few rolls, but Its been about 30 minutes and it really feels like we're both in for a late night on the toilet again.
I understand that it's getting more expensive to make food of this type with any kind of quality, but i really feel a price increase wouldve been so much better than this inedible garbage.
This is not a sustainable buisness with this quality of food. The food doesn't taste remotely good anymore, its basically food poisoning russian roulette with zero pay off.. I dont understand how you intend on having repeat customers.

We regularly buy sushi from this place. But lately, it's gotten worse. The rice is barely seasoned with rice vinegar (it's bland and tasteless) and overcooked. The rolls fall apart. I wish management would pay attention to this!

Excellent bubble tea, clean preparation area, there was a comprehension issue in that I didn't recieve what I ordered due to language differences.

Disappointing from taste to price to service. The smallest amount of wasabi in the containers and they charge for extra. I spent 60$ on lunch and they wouldn’t even throw in chop sticks and wasabi. Won’t be going back for sure.

My daughter ordered a strawberry blended drink with tapioca pearls. We usually try these everywhere we go together because we really enjoy bubble tea. Unfortunately, at this location the strawberry flavour they used was awful. No real fruit was used, it was some sort of flavoring. The drink started separating within 2 minutes and we discarded it. Would not recommend.
