We were really disappointed with our experience. Since it’s a buffet, we expected the food trays to be refilled regularly — but almost everything was empty. There were barely any desserts left, and most of the main dishes were not available. We had to wait for food to be refilled, which defeats the purpose of going to a buffet.
The service was also not good. The servers were not going around to clear used plates, so our table ended up piled up with dirty dishes. It made the whole dining experience uncomfortable.
On top of that, the women’s washroom was in terrible condition. One stall was out of service, and the locks on the other two stalls were not working. I literally had to hold the door with my hand while using the washroom. That’s unacceptable.
We understand that busy times can happen, but basic buffet standards like refilling food promptly and clearing tables should still be maintained. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we will not be coming back.

We ordered 6 sticks of pork BBQ for our New Year Menu. My kids were disappointed due to the quality of the food. The pork was not marinated, sliced too thick and its really hard and can not chew it. I know that its holiday and you guys has lots of orders but then please do not compromise the quality of the food that you are serving. No one eat the BBQ and we just throw it in the garbage. What a waste of money tsk tsk tsk.....

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They have a stage and you can tell they have a good entertainment that happens there. Would definitely be back to try out their buffet!

I visited Barcada Grill North on June 18, ordered Tapsi log. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The meat was tough and dry, and the rice tasted old and stale. Definitely not the quality I was expecting.
