Ordered the garlic shrimp mac and cheese but was given a different order of ravioli.
Observed the waitress check with the kitchen staff to confirm if it was the correct order, and they nodded.
Quite disappointed with the mix up.
Nevertheless, the boneless chicken was delicious. Hope it doesn't happen again... One suggestion would be is to write down on the paper cover what kind of pasta or food, in general.

We’ve been coming back to Boston Pizza in Ponoka and it never disappoints! From the steak, ribs, to the pasta — everything is always cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The food quality is consistent, and the portions are great. The service is just as impressive — friendly, fast, and very attentive. It’s one of our favorite spots in town and truly a gem here in Ponoka. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich for takeout. Next to no meat, soggy undercooked onion ring, Aus Jus was watered down broth with next to no flavour. Fries were also soggy and undercooked. Was not seemingly busy to have “justified” a mistake. I’ve ordered this multiple times from other locations and has been my “go to” for awhile, this time was a major disappointment and a sad birthday lunch to boot. Called to notify the manager and he did apply a credit for me to use on a future visit.

Their food at our football banquet was awesome. The delivery people were really great (it was a huge haul), the food was all warm and packaged well so it wasn’t soggy. Even the wings were great after sitting for a while!

Very disappointing experience.
I came with a Student of the Month coupon which clearly said free pizza and free Coke.
After finishing my first Coke, I ordered a second glass and clearly asked the server “Is this also free?”
They said yes, it is free.
But at the time of billing, I was charged about $9 for the drinks.
This was never explained properly and it felt very misleading because I had already confirmed with the staff before ordering.
Also, the staff did not even offer or ask if I wanted a receipt, which made the situation more uncomfortable.
If something is not included in the offer, it should be clearly told before taking the order — not added later on the bill.
I expected better transparency and communication.
This experience really affected my trust in the service.
