The kitchen was clean, the eating space was clean, everything was looking really nice!
The staff was very friendly and took our order with confidence and they brought it out quickly.

I love Carl’s Jr. In my estimation it is still the top fast food burger chain out there. It destroys all of Canada’s offerings and is top 3 of America’s fast food burger places too. The beef is top notch, the menu is versatile and the flavours are immense. Carl’s succeeds at the flame grilled taste that BK attempts to promote as its whole identity, and does it at such a higher degree it is laughable. This particular location was new and clean too. All of their promotional items are attractive. Strongly recommend.

Ordered 3 combo meals. When I took a bite of my burger, I realized there was very little toppings on it. Went to the counter and asked the lady (while showing her) for one more tomato slice and a few more pickles. Didn't think that was a big deal. She looks at me and asked why "I said, when I pay $10 for a burger, I expect to have some decent toppings. This wasn't good enough so she brought it up with her manager in the back. He comes out and asks me what's wrong, i explain again. He says, what I got is included in the price, and if i want more I'd have to pay for it. He says, "this time", he'll do it, but next time I'd have to pay. I told him there won't be a next time. After i sat down, a few minutes later, he comes with a container with toppings. On our way out, he caught my eye and apologized (he saw me take a picture of the burger). I said to him, maybe next time, don't make such a big deal if you're customer finds your portion unsatisfactory.

After the beginning of this restaurant, I never ate here until recently I decided to try it finally. I did not enjoy my meal at all. the burgers were just bland flavorless meat, small for the price. Service was good.

Been waiting almost 10min for order. Not a big deal. What is a big deal is watching the lady wearing gloves, picking up stuff off the floor, adjusting her pants, touching her face, touching food… all whilst never changing gloves of washing hands. Why even bother wearing them… it’s a false sense of cleanliness and it’s gross..
