Extremely disappointed I ordered a six piece chicken strip meal tonight and I got about three strips worth of chicken. My milkshake was water. All my food was not the right temperature. I used to really enjoy eating at this restaurant but they’ve definitely took a step down on quality.! The strip in the photo was not a chicken nugget was actually considered one of my chicken strips out of the six piece meal. Wow !

I bought two chicken strip baskets a week ago and it was filled with fries and good chicken. I come back today and it is not the same experience I had. I saw people working at a very slow pace with a very long line and I didn’t get everything in my order correct either then bring my sauce. I am very disappointed. I couldn’t even eat my food.

The employee this evening in the drive-thru was cranky especially after we asked for a napkin with our ice cream. I appreciated the single napkin. What happened to customer service? The Blizzard was also like water tonight...should have asked for a straw.
Made a second attempt at this place 6 months after the original post above. Not a sole at the inside counter. Not one person acknowledged me, so I left. What happened to this location?

Dairy Queen in Pines Plaza had really good food. Our family ordered chicken strip baskets, a banana split and a hot fudge sundae :) But their washrooms need some tending. The one toilet in the women's washroom was pretty lose and rickety. And the soap dispenser fell apart when I tried to use it. The men's washroom was also in need of some repair and TLC.

Is ice cream such a hot commodity that we are locking it up? Other then that, parking was great, the person working the till was fast and friendly
