Online it says open until 10 and went in for a pop-ins meal at 8:15pm and noticed the sign said closed at 9. Went in to place the order and was told they couldn’t make it because they were about to close. Confused I asked when they closed and she said 9. I told her they should update google store hours and was just met with a blank stare. Unbelievable! Went to the South location, they made it no problem and the lady at the front was delightful. Hope to see all businesses with employees like this closed, since there are other locations in town to spend money at and support.

Nothing wrong with the food, I asked for a 2 piece chicken meal that always included a leg and a thigh as it usually does! Well management has changed the rules now as I was told, you get one white and one dark, If you want dark you have to pay extra.
I told the girl at the counter if this is the case I won't be back ever again.
I did get my 2 pc dark after paying extra. I was a frequent customer for years, all it took was $1.25 to lose a customer.
I now drive up the road too JollibeeBee or Popeye's.
Update: they do the typical cut and paste on every negative review but they don't respond back. They don't really seem to care, don't waste your time.

The customer service at this restaurant is usually excellent, and today was no exception overall. However, during my visit there was a large table that appeared to be friends or family of one of the cooks. Everything was great until the cook came out to greet them. Unfortunately, his body odor was extremely strong and it made it very difficult to continue eating. Knowing he had likely prepared my meal also made me lose my appetite due to the smell. I ended up leaving early and couldn’t finish my food. It was disappointing because I normally really enjoy this place, but this experience made it hard to stay comfortable.

It is good food and service was great. Prices are high for the amount of food you get. It has lost that east coast feel as owners are not east coast people!

Orderd the Buffalo mary combo. Not impressed with the presentation at all. They also put the wrong bun on it. Was advertised to have the new brioche bun and I got the sesame bun. Ordered off skip.
