Food was display nicely, but steaks were alittle more cooked then what we asked so they were tougher. I asked for med it was pretty close to well done and my daughter asked for rare and it was medium. Their truffle parmesan fries were good. Service could have been better if the server smiled alittle. We got our food in a timely matter but didn't feel a welcoming atmosphere. Not sure if I want to bring my family back there but might be ok to go for wing night or watch a game there with friends.

I've been here a few times now and the food has always been terrific. The beef dip was awesome and sweet potato fries crispy and moist. On my last visit on dry rib night on Thursday you can pick the rub. Those dry ribs were definitely made fresh in house and bar none were the best dry ribs I've ever slobbered on!
The atmosphere is conducive to slamming back a cold one and enjoying a game. The service is always friendly but it took me forever to get service at the bar one time and forever to get my check a different time. Otherwise it would be 5 ⭐.

Ordered take out because we didn't have enough time for dine in and after getting back to our suite found there to be no utensils even though they were requested on the order. So we had to go back to get them.
During ordering process it automatically defaults to 20% tip!!!! FOR TAKE OUT!
The steak was rather chewy which is quite disappointing for a nicer restaurant. For $50+ I would have hoped for better.
Maybe just bad luck on our part.

This place has a great, friendly atmosphere with wonderful service! It feels like a local place where people gather, but also well located within a number of hotels. Friends had suggested it a few times, and I finally had the opportunity to try it. I'm glad that I did, but hopefully, it was just a hiccup with the food - it was only OK and did not match up with the rave others shared with me. It's definitely worthy of a do over.

I'm in Red Deer quite frequently for work and decided to give this place a try based on a recommendation from the hotel I was staying in.
I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and it was absolutely glorious.
It was covered in crushed tortilla chips and smothered in Frank's hot sauce. As soon as it came out and I saw it I knew it was going to be good!
I would come here again if only to go through their other menu choices one at a time!
