We have been to this location multiple times, and each time it’s been excellent.
However, tonight was EXCEPTIONAL! We had Lindy as our server, and Teddy (I believe was his name) was the gentleman serving our meat. It was basically just us.. as it was Super Bowl lol- but they truly made it feel like a private dining experience. Super interactive and attentive. They even let us pick the meat(s) or items that we wanted refills on; these two deserve a pat on the back- beyond outstanding service you two! Thank you for making my husband’s Birthday just that little bit more special ♡

My fiance and I went here on valentines day for the first time and I get that it is the busiest night of the year for a fine dining experience, but when I asked for water from one of the staff she said yes first, but completely forgot about it. So I asked again to another waitress and ding ding she forgot it too, so here we were 30 mins without water trying not to choke. The food taste great, but I don't know how they serve each table because while I was waiting for the steak that goes around the restaurant, my table and the next table was missed, I got offered pineapple twice in a row though, chorizo three in a row so I am confuse (wanted to get my money's worth for the steak then I should've just ordered steak so i thought) I loved the pork shoulder meat they serve, but only seen it twice to go around in my 2 hour stay. It was an okay experience if you haven't experience it then go.

Today, I booked a reservation for my husband’s birthday. It was our first time at this restaurant. I informed them that the reservation was for 16 people and asked for the price per person since most of our guests were children. We had three 2-year-olds, one 4-year-old, two 5-year-olds, one 8-year-old, and one 11-year-old. I was told that children aged 2–5 were $19.95 and ages 6–11 were $34.95, so I booked and paid $400 online.
We had a good time overall, and the food and service were good. However, the billing at the end completely ruined the experience.
When it was time to count our group, two children were sleeping inside the restaurant, and two other peoplecame late because the child is still sleepijg in the car. Despite explaining this, the staff counted only who was physically present at that moment and charged us no-show fees for the 2 children who are sleeping and the 2 late people.
We were incorrectly charged for:
4 children at the 6–11 years old price (which is suppose to be only 2 children)
3 children at the 3–5 years old price (which is suppose to be for only 1 child)
plus no-show fees for 2 babies sleeping and 2 late people.
The waitress even said there was “no real difference” between a 5- and 6-year-old, which later made sense when we realized our 5-year-olds were charged at the higher 6–11 price.
I initially paid $366 and tried to contest the incorrect charges. They refunded the $366, but later charged me $381. The waitress told me they had already given me a discount, but because I questioned the bill, they added a $25 no-show fee and changed the count again—this time to 8 adults, 4 children at the 6–11 price, and 1 child at the 3–5 price. This made no sense because I ended up paying more even though they reduced the number of children.
After finally speaking with the manager, the no-show fee was removed, but I was exhausted from the back-and-forth and accepted it just to end the situation.
Later, I calculated the total. The bill was $717.52. After paying $400 online, the remaining balance should have been $317.52, but I was charged $350.93.
This experience made us feel taken advantage of, especially as first-time customers. We will not be returning to this location. I strongly advise others to carefully review their receipts and clarify all charges before paying

We had a date night here and it was amazing. More meat then you can handle and a salad and hot food bar to kick things off. Go to Costco and get the $100 dollar gift card for 50 dollars before you go. Also don't eat all day and take your time. We had a 830 reservation I might pick 630 or 7:00. The 730 was close to closing and the meat selection started to dwindle. There were a couple of cuts i really liked that they seemed to run out of. Other then that it was a wonderful night.

An absolutely cozy place to enjoy a big meal of multiple different types of roasted meat. The service was also warm and welcoming, and above all that, a gentlemen from the table next to ours said hi because he had been working in Beijing for several years and overheard us talking in Mandarin. Anyway it was a great dining experience, for whoever is still hesitating, it’s time to give it a try!
